Needing something more and don't have the money for gym memberships or fancy equipment
this might sound a little odd, but theres an old Jane Fonda workout tape that i just absolutely love! also -this isnt exactly a workout plan- but i know people who inbetween TV commercials they take a deck of cards and the top card that they flip up is how many pushup/situps they do. something else i used to do the first time i did southbeach -- tae-bo. its so much fun; which is something i never say about workingout. LOL
