wish i got to go 2 the gym today. i bought a notebook tho for all my rules/feelings/food stuff. i have yet to use it, but i will soon. worked 8 hours, went grocery shopping came home and cooked a very healthy soup for tomorrow. its 10:30 and just about sat down for the day! ive been out since 10 am. thats ok tho had 2 stay on my feet all that time which i suppose is better than standing! now i just gotta gym tomorrow!! wish me luck

today went well. i worked 6 hours, walked to the train station, then went to the gym for a little over two hours. so far i ate healthy and hopefully can continue the rest of the night.
