Cauliflower Grilled Cheese
I don't know if I am just paying more attention or if cauliflower is like the new wonder food. People are using it for everything. I have save several pizza crust recipes, but have not yet tried any of them. I am intrigued by the grilled cheese idea. Let me know how it turns out.

SABOTAGE! Is any one else running Into this?
I told my husband I did not want chocolates for Valentine's Day this year. He seemed almost hurt that what had been his normal gift each year was no longer welcome.
I try to remember that while this brings big changes for me, it also affects the rest of my family. Don't doubt that they love you. I think it is just hard for them to understand how hard it is to resist something you really shouldn't be eating when it is right in front of you.
