Crazy how fast can a body bounce back. My weight hasn't changed much, but my body certainy has, everything fits much better, I notice a layer of fat around places has disappeared.
I've been back to working out every day and yoga every day.
I leveled up in yoga, haha. Bakasana down. Now I'm going for headstands.

Yep, well, in between I went to 56.whatever because of vacation and whatnot, but in the last 3 weeks or so I've been sticking to it, and I'm already here so... yay for that.

Almost back on track again.
Once thing though that I have been constant in this time around is logging workouts. I've been working out pretty constantly since 2018, but now, after coming back from burning out and mental exhaustion, something clicked in my brain and my body just asked for the mental release of yoga... well, something like that, I assume.
I listen to my body and mental needs SO much more, and my workouts have become so much happier, and I feel so much better. The anxiety is not a black hole anymore, the holes become shallower.
Before I was super structured, like M-T-F 30 mins run, etc, and yeah it was OK, but not what my mind really needed. I found it sometimes hard to be motivated...
Now I just go. I do yoga every day, and sometimes I feel like 20 mins, and sometimes I feel like crushing some serious power yoga for an hr. My mood and mind has changed dramatically. It was like flipping a light switch.
On top of that, sometimes my body wants to keep going, and sometimes I feel like just walking (fast), and sometimes I feel like running, and sometimes I feel like cardio HIIT, etc.
Today I did some serious power yoga for 30 mins and then some cardio core for 25 mins.
I mean, sure, I see a physical change. I'm so much stronger, but most of all (and better of all), I feel it in MY MIND.
