Crystal Light
Does anyone know or have any opinion about the use of Crystal Light drink powder? I've been using 3-4 a day to help me drink water... is this slowing my weight loss?

SNACKS!!!!!!!!!!!
I find that a few almonds and a bottle of water work when it comes to the munchies. You can eat them slowly and chew alot... I'm sure it has something to do with the protein and fat but it works.

Ketosis
Anyone have any ideas as to why I can't get well into Ketosis... I've been good... I can only manage a weak lavender on those nasty sticks.
