For your information:
I was fasting (not eating and not drinking) from 4.30 until 18.00 every Monday and Thursday, before fasting I drank two glasses of water and a glass of honey water following three dates, When I start breaking the fast little drinking water and eating fruits, after maghrib prayer followed by normal eating 8 tablespoons rice with vegetables and fish, hose an hour eating fruit.

Every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday I ate twice, starting with breakfast (without rice) and lunch mixed with corn oil and olive oil (plenty of vegetables and fruits, afternoon before the night I ate fruits and vegetables.

Note: in one week I sometimes drink a cup of coffee or a drink syrup, which I regularly drink s one cup of honey every morning, afternoon and evening water. Because of my activities increased during the week there are two drums rampak practice that is every Monday and Thursday after work from 16.00 to 18.00 and the exercise expend considerable energy and physical readiness. Therefore, I drink two teaspoons of Moringa leaf powder every night as a high anti-oxidants and other nutrients substitute, because I rarely snack food consumption and I rarely drink sugary drinks.
Special Saturday and Sunday we usually family meal or snack outside the home..
