We are doing intermittent fasting and sometimes we eat OMAD - one meal a day.
We eat what we want, and on weekends i will have a cookie or 1/2 a donought with my coffee.
The main thing is the not eating for 16 to 18 hours per day and also along with my husband we gave up alcoholic beverages and that has made a huge difference. Less belly fat, leaner muscle mass and better health.

Discovered Keto and it's been a whirlwind, basically have been losing a pound a day for the last 2 weeks.
Did lazy Keto over the Thanksgiving and still a pound per day. I am so grateful to have found this lifestyle.
My goal is to be at 135 by this time next year. Thank you universe!
