Hello! New to Fatsecret. :)
Welcome! This is a good site with good tools and friendly support. 450 to 413 is a good start (again I know). I am no doctor but I will say that I have suffered from depression (it really is suffering isn't it!?) and also anxiety attacks. The anxiety was just too tiring physically and mentally which lead to the depression. The reason I mention this is to say you may need to (if you have not already) talk to a professional counselor. I take anti-depressants. They are no longer the harsh, addictive drugs from even 20 years ago. And at least for me, even with great counselling, it never stuck with me until I was able to get my anxiety and depression under control with the meds. Then I was able to learn some coping skills and learn that I am not alone. And neither are you! One problem though is that some of those meds will make it harder to lose weight but it sounds as though there is a strong emotional tie to your weight gain and loss. Either break that tie or learn more about it. More about yourself. Not more about what happened to you but more about the wonderful things that I am sure you can and have done and probably dream about. Just make one thing come true at a time. Life will not get easier over night and I believe you already know this. I am just saying there are others that know this too and can try to help you cope. Hang in there! That sounds cliche but you really must see what is around the next corner of your life.
