2010 - lost 19 pounds(184 to 165) and shed 4"(40 to 36) of belly fat in 6 months.
2012 - down to 154 and 34" belly.
2013 - Regained weight due to lack of discipline, exercise, and calorie counting.
2014 - back up to 170 and 37" belly in April 2014.
Nov 11, 2014 - Goal Achieved! Dropped 20 since April, 2014 to get to 150 pounds and under 32" at the navel.
Sep 2019 - back up to 180 and 40" belly - another restart.
And throughout the pandemic, just kept chipping away and working at it ... met my goal of 162 in 2021 and in maintenance, working toward losing 3-5 more pounds, but not on any schedule. Aim is to keep it off this time.
