Went for assessment at the gym, they can help me if I pay of course. The classes should cover what I need but maybe I will do the 4 week jumpstart class. Although for the same amount of money I could get a membership and training for 10 weeks at a gym a little farther away.
Decision overload.

Weighed in yesterday and didn't like the number but today seems more in line. Prepping food for today and keep at it.the next 3 days.
Did you know that jellied cranberry sauce is just sugar and cranberries boiled and strained? They don't add anything to the mix because cranberries have natural gelling in them.

Wishing doesn't make it so. Stopped tracking this wee and seem to be on schedule for no weight loss. Will get it together for next week. Food tracking is the most important thing over the next two months to reunion. Thinking about drastic changes (super low cal ) but I don't like it and it doesn't work for me psychologically.
Probably best is meal prep for 3 or 4 days at a time, high fiber and high protein, that's what worked the past few weight loss weeks.
Been adding trips to the gym but I plan to focus on the food aspect and go to the gym when I can get into a class being offered.

Busy,busy,busy. I am out and about going to meetings and dances, getting to the gym,trying to help my child move but there's a lot of conflict between our schedules so that hasn't worked out lately. It will be over by May I remind myself!
Registered for reunion and will carpool with a college friend who lives nearby.
Yoga tonight.

Should have gone dancing but didn't, it would have been an hour drive alone. I should have gone to the gym but didn't. Ate ok, got a bunch of fruit yesterday and cut up some of it for snacks.
Attitude adjustment needed, and need to get some paperwork done. I did some bookkeeping and some cleaning, got the laundry put away and tried to take a nap so I would be refreshed to go out dancing. Nap did not work.
Tomorrow I have a luncheon and then dancing so that will be good.
