How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh in once a week. It would drive me crazy if I jump on and off the scale. My pass experience I get sad or extremely happy depending the number on the scale.

I weigh in once a week. He would drive me crazy if I jump on and off the scale. I only get depress or extremely happy depending on what the scale read.
