well its been two weeks or so and although i have been able to have my bircher muesli for brekkie and salad for lunch and dinner, i must admit the ice cream and other stuff after dinner is sabotaging my attempts. although i have not put on any weight i don't think i have lost any kilos yet a cm here and there. this week i shall try and work out different strategies for not eating at night after dinner. have just read the last entry and noticed the self talk, maybe i should try that too.

first day and doing well, had a salad with kraft mayo for lunch, then 4 corn crackers with liverwurst (no so great but at least protein), apple for afternoon tea and schnitzel with salad and 1 potato for dinner. feeling like something sweet - would normally have an ice cream but had an extra glass of water and left the family at the table. don't feel completely full but am nervous as to what i will eat tonight. new talk to self "i don't need that", "i don't need to feel full", "i will go and read if I am in a waiting place".
