Went camping over the July 4th weekend. Had a nice and relaxing time. My husband and I did a lot of walking, over 5 miles on Saturday. Ate very well too. (we always do!! We eat better camping than we do at home!)
Hopefully I can keep up this healthy eating!! Tomorrow curves workout and I would like to get some cardio in too, maybe a turbo jam workout.

Today is not my normal weigh in day but since I went to lunch yesterday with my niece, I was curious. A gain? Yes, 1.3. Not as bad as I thought but bad enough!!! At the Mexican restaurant I had one margarita, then water. I had a grilled chicken breast witch was good, I ate half my rice and about 1/4th of my beans. the chicken breast was HUGE!! I only ate half of that. All and all not too bad, could have been much worse!! So today, back on track and drinking lots of water!!

Today is my nieces Birthday, she wants me to meet her for lunch. The problem is, it's a Mexican place. I LOVE MEXICAN FOOD AND MARGARITAS!!!! I'm thinking of getting either a chicken fajita or an vegetable fajita, ask if it can be made without lots of fat. Now, the margarita is a problem. I was thinking I will order one but drinks lots of water with it. Hope that will help!! Oh, and I'm not going to eat the tortilla shells that come with the fajita. Wish me luck!!

I was surprised at my weigh in, had a 4.3 loss. Went camping this past weekend but stayed pretty active. My eating was ok, not the best but not bad. I've done worse!! LOL!! Hopefully I can be that good this weekend when we go camping again!

Got back from camping today. We had so much fun! We went sailing yesterday, never done that before! We tried 3 different kinds of sail boats. Had some fun in the water and got some sun! Also went bike riding for about an hour yesterday too.
I'm ready now to get back on track!! Have a great day!!
