Does anyone here use a Soup Maker machine???
MIL uses one. I can't see the point myself.
I already have a soup maker - it's called a pan!

P.S. In my experience they will email their reply direct to the email address you have on file rather than the FS inbox.

Hi Mattstoc,
Use the 'contact us' button at the bottom of the page. You will get a reply from FS, well, I always have with my technical website operational queries
Hope this helps.

help with constipation
Dr Pepper - could be the phosphoric acid or the artificial sweeteners.....
The jury is still out on whether caffeine makes people go, as decaff coffee works too.

help with constipation
Difficult to give hard core advice as your food diary is incomplete. You don;t say if the problem just started? What had changed in your diet? Or is it a long term thing you have gotten fed up of?
A quick look at your food diary shows a remarkable lack of veg and fruit of all kinds... So I say up the fresh veggies and fruits, drink more water (!) and let your body and food work for you. Golden linseed helps too. Eat clean proper basic food. You may have a also have a food intolerance such as for wheat or grain, even whole grains, which bungs you up.
