First joined in 2019 and lost 30lbs thanks to diet, exercise and support from the community here 🥳
Two years of maintenance followed by a healthy pregnancy and my baby born in 2023 💗
After losing the baby weight I’m here teaching my little one healthy habits for life 💪
It's an ongoing journey 🎢
My daily goals are:
1hr strenuous exercise
8hr sleep (ha 👩🍼)
3 meals a day made up of grains/seeds, legumes and 7 portions of vegetables
4 litres of water
Vitamins and probiotics as advised by my doctor
