I'm a young 50 year old who has become a little wide in the butt these last couple years. I have a wonderful husband who I adore greatly. He is an active and very fit man who I strive to keep up with. He's at the gym daily, where I go 2 to 3 times a week for classes of ab work. a little weight lifting and tredmill. I'm not a lover of the gym whats so ever.
I just look at carbs and they go right to my waist. I hate them but love them.....????
I've tried many diet, but I'm not a very big eater, never have been. I hate to cook and bake. I like fast and easy prep meals. I love shakes and smoothies. If I could live off them and maybe rice, I would.
I'm hoping this site and group will give me enough umph to get back the slimmer me so I can comfortably fit into the beautiful cloths in my closet. It's just 20 pounds but boy it's so hard to get rid of.....
