Hugs to those who need and/or want one =)
Sorry I have not been around much the last 2 weeks. I have been busy working on flower beds, and was not feeling well for a few days. I am up a .2 lbs, it is probably water weight, but it still makes me a little sad. I have had a bad craving for something sweet the last few nights. I have always been told if you crave something sweet to eat something salty. Normally this works for me, but not this week=(. Anyway have a good day.

Hugs to those who need and/or want one
I will never understand my body. I finally got 7 hrs of sleep last night, normally i get a couple hours here and there through out the day, and yet I am still tired. you would think I would wake feeling well rested =(

Hugs to those who need and/or just want one.
I think I got lucky this week-end, I managed to only went up to 227.6. I did a light workout yesterday and then my normal workout today. Unofficial weigh in at 226.0. I think most of the weight was water, but I am happy it is gone. I have to agree with HCB what about the tummy and arm fat. I work my arms during my normal workouts (recumbent cross trainer and resistant bands) but I seem to be getting "bingo arms" and have no clue how to get ring of it.
