While the kids was away playing with their aunty over the weekend, I really took a look at my diet. I think I have to give up my coffee because of the creamer that I put in it. I also think that I need to add strength training to my work out. Running on the tm has became easy to me now. I need to kick it up a notch. I'm excited and scared at the same time. I have became a member to Gilad TV I know he will work you hard. I have several tapes by Denise Austin also so Starting tomorrow I will add three days of strength training along with my cardio.
Who said this was going to be easy! I know one thing I refuse to go back to my old ways, nothing there for me. Thank you Lord!

Very hard this morning to get started! I wanted to slip right back into bed. Thank you Lord for another Great workout. Feeling much better.

Before I started working out I prayed and asked my Lord and Savior to please help me along this mission. I just want to thank Him this morning for another great work out. I know I can't do nothing without you!

I was just messing around on the internet last night and found this website. I'm glad I did. I was once again starting to get bored. My first weigh in was April 1, 2014. The scale read 250. I knew a few months back that I was going to come to this. Feb I stopped smoking. Ok that wasn't so, so bad. Wait a minute I have to give up my beer too. WTH. Well I guess you got to go! Have a good life bud light, bye. Now what.... I guess you have to get your *&% moving. I started right away. 4am start with getting dressed, and stretching. 430 thread mill. 5am Denise Austin tape. 530am.... feeling good! Work out six days a week. Friday is my rest day. Sat-Mon is my go hard or go home days.
I told myself that I wanted to be surprised on my weigh ins. I was scheduled to weigh in on May 1st. I couldn't wait, on April 13th the scale read 244.8. Waiting on MAY 1.....
