Long walk last night, ten minute row, fairly easy, only 5.9 METs. Blob up, muscle okay, need more water. Puppy class tonight, so will row before. I need to figure out if i want to walk with them or not, it’s very slow and they don’t pay attention to the clock.
Busy again, enjoy the day.

A swim, a walk and a row yesterday. Did what I said and mixed it up into sets. Not as much zen but close to the same number of strokes. METs were down to 8.3 or something like that, but I paused my clock and turned off the current during my rest periods so that I’d get the entire 30 minutes of swimming in there.
Blob up, muscle holding, water down this morning. Drank a ton, so not concerned.
Shorter walk, twenty minute row, a good day overall. It’s Monday, it’s busy. Press on, press on.
