No walk whatsoever last night, I did go up and down the basement stairs a lot again. I finally have hot water!!! Plumber will be back tomorrow to find the last leak, which seems to be less crazy than everything else so far, so making progress. I did a twenty minute row late last night, and that’s #119 on the books. It’s a busy day thanks to all my running around yesterday, but I can take hot showers again, so I’m very happy about that.

Another day of deep breathing exercises. New water heater being installed today, will deal with the leak separately. Long walk last night, ten minute row. I have not skipped any days and that was #118 although I forgot to include the number yesterday. I’m trying to do my job around all this today, so keeping the journal short.

Deep breath. Water saga continues. Basement got flooded. Water heater is ruined. Plumber coming back Monday to install a replacement. Moving on from that as much as i can. Thankfully, it’s an unfinished concrete floor and most of my stuff is up off the floor. No walk, ten minute row, still got in 9,000 steps going up and down the stairs cleaning up disgusting muck all day. End of the day was a delightful cold water shower. Shoulders and upper back are sore from carrying water up the stairs. Will go back down in a few minutes to see what I’m dealing with today.
Trying not to stress when I’m already curled up in a stress ball is hard. This will all be fine eventually, it just takes time.
