2B Lunch: Aha bubbly; 3/4 homemade chili con carne w/ 1/4c shredded cheddar, & 1T sour cream. 2c romaine, 4 grape tomatoes, 1/4 bell pepper, 2T balsamic vinaigrette.

2B Breakfast: Upon rising 🍵 tea. Water first 20 oz; ☕️ w/ 2T heavy cream; 1/2c steel-cut oats w/ 1t flax oil, 2T unsweetened almond milk, 1t Truvia, 2T PB fit powder, dash cinnamon. 2 poached 🥚; Veggie bonus 1c steamed yellow squash.
