Happy New Week FS!
Just for Today, I Commit to Staying on My Food Plan! (20/4 IF)
Idiot Box showed me a new low today. I lost all my vacation weight,
plus another 1.3 pounds.
I am hoping to end November down another 2.2 pounds which includes Thanksgiving and some road travel. I have done pretty well in the past when traveling, so I will try hard to watch the calories while drinking water and just breathing!
Here is a fun picture from Florence, Italy with a few of my family and friends. We were adoring the Italian Vino!

I am excited because I got a reduced price new Italian espresso machine, and cups off EBay. Today, I finally mastered it! Yay!

Idiot Box says I am one pound above my pre-vacation weight. Not too bad since I have not had a chance to walk or gym recently.

Just for Today, I commit to staying on my food plan. (OMAD)
I hope all of you are doing well and enjoying life!
The Idiot Box says I am only 1/2 pound above my pre-Italy weight! I am so relieved to see things move back down.
Now, on to dropping the next four pounds before November 30th.

Happy Day, my Fearless Followers:
Just For Today, I Commit to Staying On My Food Plan (20/4 IF)
My vacation gain is primarily water weight as I have dropped back down 3.7 pounds.
I have several more days left to drop 1.2 pounds to resume my pre-Italy weight again.
THEN, my next goal is drop 4 pounds before my next business trip that starts November 30th.
GOALS - I've got to have them! PHOTO is yesterday about 2 miles from home in MB, SC.
