Still need to figure out good recovery food after my long runs. I tend to eat really bad after a long run since I burn a lot of calories. I love eating omelets afterwards. Guess I need to stay away from the biscuits and bacon. It's hard.....

Did well this week until yesterday. I couldn't stop eating...I was full but felt like I had to keep eating.
I weighed myself on Saturday and was down to 174.5 and was very excited. I have to work on my weekend eating habits....

Weight Watchers seems to be working! I am very pleased so far with my results. The new Plan (for me) seems to be very easy to follow. I am definitely seeing a difference in what I am eating and how much I am eating. I just hope when winter comes and the fruits and vegetables are out of season I don't get back in to my bad eating habits.

First week of being back on Weight Watchers has been good. I am eating more fruits and vegetables since the majority are zero points. I still need to watch my calorie content.
Very happy with my results. I just have to remember to watch what I eat, exercise and don't get discouraged if I only lose a little each week. Better to lose it gradually to keep it off longer.
