Has anyone here done cross fit at the weight I am? Everyone at this gym is ripped and in good shape and I'm very intimidated by the thought of going in, being the biggest person and not being able to keep up.

Frustrated! I know I only just started this week, but I hate seeing gain even when I'm following my diet well and making an effort to fit in some more activity.
Hopefully next week I can start cross fit and will finally see some progress

Starting some new habits today. Since I'm not often very hungry in the morning and too many breakfast foods are full of carbs or require cooking, I'm going to be alternating days between protein shakes and fruit or green smoothies (with no added sweeteners).
I'm also planning to follow a "diet" my nana told me about where you can eat one thing per hour for ten to twelve hours in a day. So for example, it's 8am and I am having my smoothie (pineapple, coconut, avocado and green protein powder) and once it's finished I have to wait at least one hour before having something else. It's supposed to help diabetics process their food more efficiently or something like that, but it takes time to show results.
I'm having three wisdom teeth removed in a month so I want to be very used to my smoothies and shakes before then, because thats likely what I'll be having a lot of.
