Hi! I'm from Hong Kong, living in US. I've had the most success with Keto/LCHF and am trying to make it a lifestyle change but my husband LOVES carbs and I will eat them if I see them. I tend to binge during shark week. This time around I'm going try to lose until 125 and then try to tweak my body composition.
Mini Goals:
Record everything I eat. - Fail on weekends
Eat less than 1300kcal/day. - Easier when I do IF, thinking about OMAD but get too hungry in between
Drink more than 60 oz of water/day. - Been a struggle since working from home.
