I have a lot of subtucaneous body fat. I am not as strong and do not have a great bit of endurance. I am tall 6'4" ... you know my weight. I have become way to sedentary to keep it up ... Avoiding the age issue completely but I know it is a factor.

FB is good for finding old friends and connecting ... it can be hard if some people are political, aggressive ... but you can put those folks in list and just read what they say and forget or delete ...Just part of the social networking cyber life.

What's in your emergency kit?
There are earthquakes all over the USA ... use
www.intellicast.com
and you can track them easily. Arkansas had two last week. As far as what to have in a kit make sure you have a crowbar to dig yourself out and fresh water.

When's the best time to weigh yourself?
I only weigh in on Friday mornings (naked) ... stay off scale till then. Helps keep the week end temptations under control. This site has been great ... looking for people with thicker skin (not literally) that can give and take motivation (criticism) ... VR/ ejs
