I am a 56 year young grandmother with arthritic knees and hypertension. I also run a very busy kitchen so food tasting is part of my job. I've battled weight problems my entire life but was always able to lose weight when I really tried. Since menopause, I've been unable to lose anything. I've tried Atkins, Weight Watchers, TOPS, South Beach, & Calorie Counting . . . with no luck. Recently I bought the book "The Glycemic Revolution."
