So I have lost weight and now I need help....
I've been reading about intermittent fasting having a huge impact on excess skin from weight loss.
If I could impact extra skin by fasting once a week, I will probably do it.

BAD advice. The question is what exactly she is looking for you to gain from it. Weight loss or specific health indicator?

Looking Ahead!!
My A1C went from 7.1 to 6.1 in 4 months by doing low-carb(~20/day). Eating that many carbs (>50) is guaranteed to keep your blood sugar high. (I firmly believe that the ADA is in the pockets of the pharmaceutical industry given their traditional recommendations.)

What would you tell your 16 year old self?
Calories in is a simplistic and incorrect theory.
As if our bodies react similar to a test-tube and hormones have no impact.
