Hi, everyone! Hope you are doing well. I'm going to have to think about why I like chocolate so much. If I buy chocolate, I want to eat all of it, not just one portion. Is this going to be a life long struggle for me? If I tell myself I will only eat chocolate at a restaurant or at someone else's home, I can greatly limit how much chocolate I eat, because I don't really eat out very much. I would never think of eating more than one portion of anything, when I am with other people. Something to think about. A lot to think about. Have a great weekend!

Hi, everyone! I am up in my weight for my Wednesday weigh in, but I am still below my goal weight. I told you all that I added bread to my menu plan. My weight gain is not because of the bread. The problem was me buying "Pecan Delight" chocolate candy and instead of having one serving, having more than one. Oh, I have learned my lesson. Weight gain is a part of life if you don't stick to your menu. Whoever said sometimes we just need a break, they were so right. I got a promotion at work on Monday and I have been celebrating with food for three days. I am still happy about my promotion, but the celebrating with food is over. I am on track again. I want to stay below my goal weight. I am wishing you all good luck in your weight journey. Be good to yourself and make healthy choices. I'm telling myself that, too. :)

Hi, everyone! Can I say that you are all looking marvelous? :) If you read my bio, it says my name is Deborah. My parents named me well, because my name has the two words "oh bread" in it. LOL! What can I say? It is my favorite food, but in order to lose all of my excess weight, I stopped eating sliced bread for ONE low carb high fiber tortilla a day. After getting to my goal weight last October and maintaining it for four months, I was brave enough to put bread back in my meal plan. I have been having two slices with breakfast. Each slice

is only 45 calories each. I still eat my low carb high fiber tortilla every day. I am one happy woman! :) Stick to your plan and see how good you feel. Take care.
