10st 9lbs Fat machine 25.7% No WW. It's been a month since I weighed myself and unless I've been busy/away that's never a good sign! I have been both busy & away but have also been neglecting exercise and eating like it's gong out of fashion, so 6lb on hardly comes as a surprise. Time to get back into some better habits, I'll start Monday with my usual baby steps approach...

10st 5.6lb Fat machine 25.2% No WW. I have weighed a few times in the 77 days FS tells me have elapsed, but clearly haven't updated on here, oops! So I've gained half a stone over Christmas and the ensuing month in which I've been out for no walks whatsoever, (altho I have met my step count several days by doing an unheard of amount of spring cleaning, clearing, sorting out and rearranging. The house looks and feels much nicer - pity we rarely have visitors to appreciate the change 😆) and have just indulged my sweet and snacking tooth to my heart's content. And now I'm having one of those Last Supper-ish weekends cos Monday I really need to get stuck back into some better habits.

9st 11.7 lb Fat machine 23.8% No WW. Really chuffed to 'finish strong' before hol. Added some static bike this week (with Kindle on handlebars!) and a good week food-wise. My swim buddy has joined SW (after a naked full length mirror shock at a hotel she visited!) so has been inspired to swim more so I've been riding the wave of her increased motivation and it's definitely helped me. Altho I've not been motivated to swim alone for over a year now, I definitely do better the weeks I swim more than just the once, which was our usual, an occasional twice. It's her first weigh in today so I hope she's done well and is encouraged to keep it up, she's been with me to WW in past but is prone to giving up/falling off wagon too easily. We're off to beloved Iceland Mon and the soft shell trousers that were a good 4" off fitting me in the summer, I can now get done up! Admittedly, when I zipped the front pockets up it was an aha, maybe not! moment, but still!!

9 st 13.8 lbs!!!! Fat machine 24.2% No WW. Magical scraping in just a molecule or two below 10st! Holiday is a week on Monday so one more weigh in, please let me lose and not gain on that one! It's been a hard week, I've had a LOT of sugar cravings. The clocks changed and I had to give in and have my brek a bit early, and then seemed to lose the plot and ate all day! idk if the cravings are TOTM or (more likely) my daughter being so sad lately (broken up with fella) making me sad too, and craving sweet treats is always my go to response to low mood. But it's been really hard resisting, virtually everywhere I go I'm having to talk myself out of buying sthg naughty, it's like having two warring voices in my head, it's emotionally draining and quite wearing. But I'm pleased with today's result so hopefully that can strengthen my resolve. (but I might have popcorn at the cinema tonight to celebrate...ooh warring voices again about this!!)

10 st 1.6 lbs Fat machine 24.6% Chol 5.14 HDL 1.3 Ratio 3.9 No WW. My cholesterol has gone down since 3rd August! Whether this is the IF or the flaxseed idk but when I finish my latest batch of flax imma try without and see what happens. In other news, my daughter has been doing really well with her calorie counting, has lost 25 pounds in total, and I am no longer the lightest female in the family! Whilst I'm obvs pleased for her I'm also jealous and kicking myself for letting the condition I was in this time last year go to pot! Aaahh, hindsight! Annoyed to gain even tho it was barely half a pound this week, but then it was a lot off last week so I'll just carry on plugging away at it.
