hi guys!
this is fasting month and i am doing fasting now a days . the fast is of 17 hours daily. but in this month i have not reduced any weight but i gained 4 pounds. not doing any eercie or following any diet but unable to take enough calories. i am taking almost 1000 calories daily.
but everyboday is saying me that you r looking so slim and losing weight.. but actually i gained the weight. what is this? i am worried.

Fasting Month is starting from Sunday..... i will keep fasts a full month and in morning and evening will follow diet plan... Pray for me

temprature is v.high in our area, as 47 - 49 degree centigrade.......... so working out has become difficult. what to do ????????
