36 years old Happily married with two little munchkins. By Jan. 2022, they'll be 4 years old and 12 months old.
I'm back on FS after being gone for a while. Getting my body back to being healthy and fit after having my second son in January 2021. I came home after giving birth weighing 210 lb. I'm 5ft 4in.
Concentrating on having a balanced diet, but keeping my carbs under 200g/day and protein over 80g/day.
I don't drink juice.
I don't drink soda.
I don't eat fast food.
I try to fast 16 - 18 hours a day.
I stay away from sweets.
I try to work out 3 - 6 days a week (at home).
My goal is to get down to and stay in the low 150s. That's where my body looks the best and I feel my sexiest ;)
