woo hoo lost 100g overnight. That's 3 1/2 oz butter. That's enough for a smallish batch of cookies...

So the whoosh happens Wednesday after the shameless gormandizing of Saturday night... and we're back in the game, only slightly larger than before. Lol.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 33.1 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
