I wonder if I'll ever stop starting over. I have made great strides in my weight, but not my brain. I used to be a 3/4X, now I'm around a large or extra large deciding on the material/cut, I should be overjoyed and proud of myself, right, nope! I went shopping the other day and the dress I really liked was a medium and it was way too tight, so what do you think I did, I binged. Went to McDonald's had burgers (no bun), then ate some fries and some ice cream. Duh right - carbs. So my sugars were 175 this morning, no surprise.

Why this post. I took my winter cloths out to clean this morning and everything was way too big. I started laughing at myself and broke into tears. My husband thinks I'm nuts, I probably am. I know Keto is working and no matter what size I get to, there will always be that something that doesn't fit. Somehow I've got to accept that without sabotaging myself. :-) I think the work around next time is to try on old cloths before I go shopping!! I start over again today.

I lost 50 lbs in 2013 and I had a ball going to thrift shops and finding things that fit at a very low price. I found things that would have cost way too much buying new. Try it you'll like it.

You are doing awesome.. we are always looking at the negative but you have made great progress. and should be proud of yourself.. I've been told old clothes will not fit the same and should start new. But we are our greatest critic.. look at how far you have come and keep going if you wish so.. we all have that 1 day that we feel down and everything just doest help. but keep it up.

And remember, not all sizes are created equal. A medium in one brand could be a small in another. You have got this!

I agree. Old clothes do not remain the same on a new body. My neck looks like a giraffe in my old sweatshirts...

remember that cloths are what they use to be back in the day. The retailers have found out that if they resize their cloths people are more likely to buy them if they are a smaller size (especially women). Please don't go by the size that is just a starting point. Go up or down according to fit. The best way to buy cloths is by body type and how they fit.

There is nothing wrong with starting over. I'm doing it myself again this week. It's when you stop trying that you get in trouble. You've got this!

I have started over so many times,so don't beat yourself up over it. I see myself as the engine that can. It has taken 4 years to lose 28 pounds. Am I proud of me, yes I am. I'm almost at my gold weight. Slip ups are to be had, just keep going and you can make it.
