No drop. Still rising. This is so typical for me, and yet I know the numbers. I'm under calories and have been for close to a week. I'm active, working out, shoveled 4 feet of snow of my roof yesterday, and going out to clean a chimney today. The drop will come. It never seems to be where I expect it to be. Will avoid tmi.

I know your frustration! I've been losing and gaining the same 3 lbs for over 2 months.
Have you done measurements? I seem to lose inches before pounds.

So what were you eating when you lost the initial weight? Maybe go back to that?
Are you a diabetic, sorry lots of questions.

No, not diabetic. I'm not cutting carbs, just calories. I am managing to keep carbs under control. I know this works, I just won't get the big water loss at the beginning of the diet. Normal fluctuating for me is up to 5 pounds at 200. If this approach doesn't work, which I believe it will, I will reassess after a month. Only one week in. Not worried.
