My weight is up by a pound this week. I'm not too happy about that - not with two weeks until surgery.
I really want it two kilos down, which I think is totally accomplishable. I just have to put my mind to it, and do better.
More exercise, better food choices. The stuff I already know to do.
So today will be a first day on this mission, so I can have a better weigh-in next week, and the week after.
I spent Friday morning compiling a great rock mix on 8track. If you should feel like getting into my musical taste (or at least a part of it), then check out this mix. I'll keep you going all day, and probably tomorrow too. It's Saturday, I'm off to shop and have lunch with Wife, then I'm gonna go jam with my old friend! It'll be a blast.
