Here's the deal. I can't stand tracking. When I don't track, the scale move in the wrong direction. I feel your pain bro. Track, track, track away.

This is why I run the phone app! LOL 🤷🏻♀️Tracking is a massive pain in the @$$! 🤦🏻♀️But Ches is SO right! When you don’t track, you start to let stuff creep, portions, you forget...and it accumulates! 💁🏻♀️Having it right there on my d@mned annoying little phone where I can talk to all you people besides? 🙆🏻That’s a win!!💕

I don’t find it that difficult to track because I use my phone. But sometimes (generally when I get to a comfortable weight) it starts to feel like a hassle. I get to thinking I should be like a normal person and not have to do that. And I think I should be normal and be able to have pizza or a milkshake every so often I.e. everyday. Then I wake up and realize I have 30 or 40 pounds to lose again. Bottom line for me is Track track track like a hunting dog. 😊

New better I think that’s what happened to me over the holidays? I was 3 lbs from goal and beginning to level out at maintenance thinking I’ve got this. Been gone three months and I’m back with a few lbs needed to be gone. Not horrible but yes I do need to be recording my food and keeping in touch with what is going in my mouth not just idly tallying it through the day..
