Note to self:
Heading in the wrong direction. Eating too many carbs and fats. Exercising 30 min a day, but not with the intensity of 5 years ago.
Mid 40s was easy. This mid fifties thing is hard, less energy more injuries, less sleep, more pressure, clearly more complaining.
Back to the drawing board, more cardio, less food. It always comes down to less food.
