My official weight this morning is
117.7kg.I'm so happy with my 1st week results because I cheated yesterday! My fast day was going well until lunchtime when I was out with my brother and he wanted to try a bunny chow from a place we haven't eaten at previously. I ordered a coke zero and then I had to order the 1/4 chicken bunny because he ordered the 1/4 mutton bunny and we wanted to taste both so we had half of each bunny :)
I didn't want to mess up my day any further so when I got home I had some chia seeds mixed with 4 tablespoons of vanilla flavoured whey protein to make a high fibre pudding.
Sometimes we stress too much about following things 100% and when we end up going overboard. A little control is better than none at all :)
