omg! I don't even know y I got on that scale but a 3 lb difference in 4 days?!!! I could not be happier right now. Oh what a good feeling, I think all my threats to Mr. Scale.. finally worked. yaaay what a reasurrance that this is working for me. I am even more impressed considering TOM is due in 4 days. So proud of myself and nothing is going to make me stray. I am already happier and working on the healthier! Ooh this also means that I am only 2 lbs away from my mini goal of 239, which I was shooting to reach by Feb 13th.
