About time it's under 244 I knowonly by .2 but it's better then no 10th's. I've been going back and forth for awhile between 244 and 246. I'm trying really I am. I've upped my exercize and lowered everything else. I'm not starveing I know my cal. are low but i'm good. I've poeple here looking out after me.
