I lost a half pound. I am satisfied with that. It isn't easy these days, but I am trying very hard. My diet plan is working even if it is slow. The pounds seem to jump right back on if you are not wary about what you are consuming and stubborn about coming right back off. I did very well over the weekend which is the hardest part of the week when it comes to a diet plan. Thanks to FatSecret for keeping me on track.
