FITNESS:
This is my first month of working out everyday. I transitioned into it after coming back from my out-of-the-country vacation late August, and it's making me feel sore all the time and increasing my positive energy. Check out my fitness tracking calendar!
DIET:
I'm finally on the job hunt, spending a few hours M-F looking for jobs and contacting my network. The rest of the day is focused on having a good diet. I swear, I feel like I am spending most of the day cooking, eating, and washing dishes. It's really time-consuming to cook your own meals at home ... every ... single ... meal. It's worth it, of course, and I am enjoying re-learning healthy eating. I can feel my body changing with the food I eat. (I am not vegan or plant-based or whole foods based, but an excellent nutrient-rich diet may be the goal, particularly for maintenance.)
