Day 11 of my 30-day water fast. It's basically a fat fast because I have two tablespoons of fat but I have water all day and those two tablespoons are all the food that I have. So technically it cannot be classified as a water fast. My goal is to remain in autophagy and experience weight loss.
The fast is going really well. I'm never really hungry but occasionally I think of food and I try to immediately get rid of those thoughts cuz they are sabotage. I never thought I could do a long fast. But doing omad has really made a huge difference in my ability to manage hunger in the beginning.
