Howdy, friends.
Yesterday was Indulgence Day, and of course the weight went up - as always. I'm back on track though, and will stick to my 2000 calories.
It's weekend, short journal day and I think I will leave it at that. Wife and I are enjoying the day - it's beautiful outside but freezing cold. I thought it was supposed to be spring?!?
Anyways, I will be looking forwards to getting back in my normal rythm again starting Tuesday. I miss journaling, and I miss spending a little more time on here - but when Wife is here with mere I would much rather spend time with La Familia.
