I haven't been trying at all with my diet, and it shows! Put on weight, though I must say I was surprised when I weighed myself today, as for the 12 days I was in Australia and the 2 weeks since I returned, I've been eating pretty badly. Lucky I have been quite active, as I actually hadn't gained any weight since I went over.
Anyway, it is now time to concentrate on diet again. My husband has been losing weight slowly still, though he doesn't have to try since going on this diabetes drug. The weight just keeps dropping off, as long as he keeps fairly low carb. I'll have to be trying much harder, but I've started keto again, at least for a while. Let's see how I can go!I'm aiming to stay on full keto for 3-4 weeks, then remain low-carb or keto.
