I am really loving myself these days. Even though I keep losing/gaining the same few pounds, it feels good to see that my clothes are now "too big" but I am still wearing them looking like a fool because I'm also cheap :-)
I have slipped up in recording my food and exercise for the day, however I have been keeping with my diet and water intake. But starting today, I am going to record as much and far back as I can remember so that I can get back on track. Who's with me?
