Well had 2 #s till goal, lost 1 and 1 to go, Won't give up, When I loose the last 1# going to shoot for 10 more #s ???....Maybe even get under 200 HA HA, I think I was in 7th grade when I was that weight, over 50 years ago,I would like to thank everyone on this site as you ALL are a inspiration for my journey in one way or another..And I keep telling myself this is a eating life style and and not a diet.Monday will be a big day as I have a Dr's appointment to get full blood work up,Dr. told me last time, January, If my stats were not good was being put on insulin, YIKES that is also a great motivator for loosing some weight.I will update next week, And my journey continues.
