Ok - I gotta say I'm surprised.
Yesterday, I did great - I went a tiny bit over "normal" RDI, completely ignoring Indulgence Day. I had Indulgence Day a few days early, so I needed to skip the one yesterday. I was weighing in way too high for days and things were getting frustrating.
Well, not any longer! Yesterday, I weighed in at 80.2 kgs - this morning I am 77.6. I lost a whopping 2.6 kgs since yesterday! Damn!
So, I'm happy that I'm back on track, one kilo away from a new low and well on my way. If I can only reach this on Saturday I'll be MORE than happy, and I think it's pretty accomplishable.
Today, Wife and I are going out with the neighbors. We're going to a local park to feed ducks and just enjoy ourselves. No food will be available, and thus not a stress factor.
So, as always on the weekends, just an update and not a long journal.
Today I'm thankful that: - I "survived" Saturday without an Indulgence Day. - Being back in the 70's! - A fun day out!
Have fun, friends! Life is good!

Hip Hip Hurra indeed! Today, I did CHOOSE to have a little chocolate. I bought a few bars on sale, had half and put the other half away. It wasn't even hard. :)

Not "under control". "At bay" probably is more fitting. :) You guys know how much I love chocolate. The night is still young. :D

King, Have you ever thought about making Indugence Day on Sunday instead of Saturday. Then the cravings would hit at work on Monday when you have a more structured environment and usually have your meals well planned (and are now miles from the kitchen)

JenKatja, that is not an option, I think. Saturday is the day that most "fun" stuff happens, and I need the calorie head room that day. It would make it a LOT more complicated to move it to Sunday. Not a bad thought, though. If we didn't have any kind of social life, it would help me a lot. :D I think one of my issues today is simply that I'm bored out of my mind this afternoon/evening.
