Feeling like an 'Overcomer' and bonafide champion...for avoiding another A&W lettuce wrapped Double Mozza Burger! Went to the grocery store and created my own version which is cheaper, healthier and bound to be tastier. The burger patties are broiling as I type 😋
196.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
